André Labrecque Obituary
A U.S. Army veteran, Andre worked his entire life as a Sign Maker for AA Thrifty Sign. He was an artist and an athlete in his younger years who played hockey, fast-pitch softball, pool, and darts. He was a lifelong fan of the Montreal Canadiens. Andre was a hardworking, trustworthy, and carefree man who lived life on his own terms and loved everyone. He was known for greeting people in his heavy Canadian accent with, "How are ya Maguire?" followed by a whistle.
He is survived by his daughters, Monique Warburton (Jason), Laura Hind (Mark), and Sherry Savard; his grandchildren, Alexina, Jonathan, Jessica, Ashley, and Kevin; and his sister, Carmen Proulx. He was the brother of the late Albert Labrecque and Claude Labrecque.
Services will be private.
