McAllister and her husband Jason of Athol; five grandchildren, Emma and Greyson McAllister, Noah, Cameron and Mallory Bergeron; a sister, Annette Provo and her husband James of Leominster; a sister-in-law, Cheryl Bergeron of Fitchburg; several nieces, and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother, Alan Bergeron.
The family would like to personally thank Dr. Mark Alan Stewart Garret and all the nurses and staff at Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Michael Mutchler, Care Central VNA Hospice, and Compassionate Care ALS, for all the care they provided to Andre.
