Andre Noah Garcia "Dre" of Dimmitt, Texas went to be in the arms of JESUS on Sunday May 19, 2024. A Celebration of life Service will be held at Abundant Life Church in Dimmitt on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. with Henry Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home. A Family and Friend Visitation will be on Sunday, May 26, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 P.M at the funeral home.
Andre was born on April 18, 2016, in Fort Worth, Texas to Dulce Ontiveros and Alex Garcia. Andre was a blessing and a miracle child right from the beginning. He was full of LOVE and HAPPINESS and also spread it to everyone he knew. Andre was in the second grade and attended school at Richardson Elementary in Dimmitt, Texas.
Andre was a lively boy who had a passion for staying active whether it was playing sports or playing video games with his brother Aiden. He could often be seen sporting his favorite team jersey's showcasing his beloved teams especially the Miami Dolphins.
Andre had a special bond with his mother as well with all those close to him. People admired his resilience and strength. Even though Andre's time on earth was short, his spirit and legacy lives on. His memory serves as a reminder to cherish every moment, to love unconditionally, and to always be kind. Andre will forever be etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
Those left to carry on his spirit and legacy are mother Dulce Ontiveros of Dimmitt, Texas, Alex Garcia of Floydada, Texas: siblings Aiden Garcia of Dimmitt, Texas, Avery Garcia of Dimmitt, Texas, Ivan G Ramos of Hale Center, Texas, Yuliana Garcia of Floydada, Texas, and Yareli Garcia of Floydada, Texas, grandparent's; Christina Howell of Lubbock, Texas, Fernando Ontiveros of Dimmitt, Texas, Brenda Rodriguez and husband Greg of Midland, Texas, Tommy Garcia Sr. and wife Diane Estrada of Tucumcari, New Mexico.
He is preceded in death by his uncle Noah Garcia, and two favorite dogs ACE and LOLA.
