With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our son, brother, father and grandfather. Andres, an electrician with IBEW Local #134 and former resident of Blue Island, IL, suddenly passed away on Saturday March 1, 2025 at the age of 55. Andres is survived by his parents Andres B. and Imelda Reyes. Dearest brother of Margarita (Gonzalo) Zepeda, Patty Reyes, Nancy (Kevin) Merchant, Rosemary Reyes, Jesse Reyes and Stephanie Reyes. Cherished father of Marissa (Jaime) Betancourt, Jessica Reyes, Alicia Reyes, Shannon Reyes and Andres (Stefany) Reyes Jr. Former spouse and dear friend of Karen Byrnes. Fond grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend of many. He will be dearly missed by his entire family, friends and all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be at the Hickey Memorial Chapel 2429 W. 127th St. Blue Island, IL on Monday March 10, 2025 from 3:00 PM till time of Funeral Service at 7:00 PM.
