It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Andrew Michael Anastasio, who left us far too soon on November 28, 2024, at the age of 24. Born on October 23, 2000, Andrew was adopted as a baby by Michael and Elaine Anastasio, who embraced him with open arms, love, and pride from the moment he entered their lives.
Andrew's passions were as unique and vibrant as his spirit. At the age of six, Andrew became a proud Tiger Cub, setting the foundation for his love of adventure, discovery, and helping others. His energy and enthusiasm kept his family on their toes, especially during his scouting years, which culminated in his achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
As a child, Andrew's imagination was boundless. He could spend hours building intricate Lego creations, an activity that not only fueled his creativity, but also sparked his growing interest in technology. This curiosity led him to a lifelong passion for computers and eventually a career in the automotive industry, where he combined his problem-solving skills and his love of mechanics at the Lexus Dominion Dealership. Andrew's drive and dedication to his work were apparent to all who knew him, as he sought to learn, grow, and succeed in everything he did.
Though his time with us was brief, Andrew's legacy lives on in the memories of his quirky sense of humor, his boundless curiosity, and his unwavering love for the people in his life. He will be forever missed but never forgotten.
Andrew is survived by his parents, Michael and Elaine Anastasio; his sister, Andrea and her husband Darren; his sister Amy and her husband, Brandon; his nieces, Charlotte and Isla, and nephew, Lochlan; as well as his extended family and a wide circle of friends who loved him dearly.
On Wednesday, December 11, a Rosary will be said at 10:00, followed by a visitation at 10:30 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, located at 8500 Cross Mountain Trail in San Antonio. Then at 11:00, a Mass will be held to honor his life, and a Celebration of Life reception in the church hall at noon.
Rest in peace, Andrew. Private Interment will be at a later date at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery in Cestohowa, Texas.
You will always be loved, and your memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew you.

When it was my first day at Lexus Andrew was the first person I spoke to, he was very kind to me he right away taught me how things work in the dealership , he helped me a lot doing my computer work he was always telling me how he had fun on the weekends playing airsoft with his friends at the range ,their was even times when he would invite me. Me and our coworkers are going to miss him at work ,may God bless his soul and his family .
