Air Force Technical Sergeant, Andrew “Andy” Michael Peeples, died on August 12, 2023, after a motorcycle accident in Castle Rock, Colorado. Andy was born in Enid, Oklahoma and lived in Dover, Delaware and Biloxi, Mississippi as well as Colorado as an Air Force “brat” before coming back to Colorado in 2003 Andy was known for becoming forever friends with anyone after speaking with them for only five minutes. His smile, kindness, and care for others lit up the room. Andy was a Flight Engineer with the 731st Airlift Squadron. He was completing an active-duty assignment and was going to begin college courses this Fall to become a pilot.
Andy will be greatly missed by his loving fiancée, Ariana Daley, and their dogs Eloise and Finley. Andy and Ari were to be married in less than two months on October 9th to begin their life together forever.
He will be dearly missed by his mother, Michelle Peeples, who got the best and longest hugs from him and his father, Air Force Lieutenant Colonel (Retired), Andrew B. (Lori – Go Army!) Peeples who was beyond proud of the man Andy had become. His big sister, Susie (Eli Collins) Peeples will miss the nerdy things they shared including their own sibling hand gestures and language. Andy shared a love of flying with his little sister, Catherine (Taylor Kelley) Peeples. Andy was known to be the best uncle ever to his niece, Aaliyah Peeples.
His grandparents, Gregory and Susanne Houston, and Lucy Peeples, will miss seeing how much joy Andy brought to a room when they were gathered with family. Andy’s passion for discussing military planes, weapons and systems was shared by his stepbrothers, Army Specialist Nate Weaver, and Navy Ensign Matthew Weaver. His “in-laws” Terri Daley, David (Kathy) Daley, and Kyle (Chrissy) Daley will miss seeing Andy spoil their daughter/sister.
Andy is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and hundreds of friends including several with military ties. In addition, we need to thank his Air Force family for their love and support of Andy throughout the years and toward our family as we adjust to living without Andy.
Andy was welcomed into heaven by his grandparents, Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Billy and Georgia Peeples, as well as his great grandparents, Army Specialist Patrick and Marjorie Belcastro.
Andy’s life will be celebrated at a visitation on Sunday, August 20, 2023, from 4:00pm-7:00pm with Rosary Service at 7:00pm at Horan & McConaty Funeral Service, 5303 E. County Line Road Centennial, CO 80122.
A Catholic Mass of Christian Burial with Military Honors followed by a luncheon will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023, at 12:00 Noon at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 S Quebec St, Centennial, CO 80112.
Andy will be laid to rest at Ft. Logan Military Cemetery on a date and time to be determined at 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue, Denver, CO 80236
Memorials in Andy’s honor may be donated to Andy and Ari’s favorite non-profit organization, Red River Old English Sheepdog Rescue, P.O. Box 851971, Yukon, OK 73085.

Please accept my sincere condolences to Andy´s fiancée Ariana, their four-legged family members Eloise and Finley, his parents Michelle and Andrew, and his extended family for the very sudden loss of this exceptional young man.
He started his career in the Air Force Reserve in the Maintenance Group, Maintenance Squadron, Munitions Shop before transferring to the OPS Group to become a flight engineer who now wanted to become a pilot of our C-130H3 `Hercules´ aircraft.
Over the past year I sent him, a few other flight engineer´s and the 731st SARM office personnel daily e-mails after loading the aircraft flying hours and fuel tracker data into Web G081 (our maintenance information system - MIS).
The day after we received notice of his unexpected demise, it made me sad to not include his name in that daily recap e-mail.
I´ve been a member of the 302nd for 41.5 years (so far) and consider everyone in the 302 Airlift Wing my second family as I literally grew up with the them.
TSgt Andrew Peeples will be greatly missed by his 302nd family, too.
