Andrew Noel Baldwin, 34, of Lake Bluff, Illinois, passed away on September 23, 2025, at his home. Born on December 14, 1990, in Lake Forest, Illinois Andrew was the beloved son of George Baldwin, III and Kathleen Neville. Andrew was raised in Lake Forest and later made his home in Lake Bluff. He attended Southern Illinois University before joining his father's plastering company, where his creativity and artistic skill shined. Known for his craftsmanship, Andrew brought both talent and heart to everything he worked on. Beyond his career, Andrew had many passions. He was a gifted cook, loved the art of antiquing-always drawn to pieces that told a story-and excelled at golf and billards. He spent as much time as he could at the beach, collecting unique stones and sea glass. He had an extensive love and knowledge for cars. Andrew's taste in clothing was hard to match. He loved lush textiles and his wardrobe was something he really prided himself on. But more than his hobbies, it was Andrew's presence that made him unforgettable. With his sharp wit, endless humor, and charm, he could light up any room and bring laughter even in the hardest moments. He had a gift for finding light in every situation, and his ability to simply "be there" for people-without judgment, without conditions-was a quiet kind of grace that touched countless lives. Andrew was deeply rooted in his Catholic faith. Though not always a regular churchgoer, he never hesitated to drop everything if someone asked him to join in prayer or attend Mass. His faith showed itself most in how he lived-with kindness, generosity, and humility. He is survived by his parents, George P. Baldwin, III & Kathleen Neville; siblings, Melissa Roza (Rico), Brittney Baldwin, Mary Alexander (Ross), George Baldwin IV, and Grace Burke (Matthew); and his many nieces and nephews, all of whom adored their Uncle Andrew. Andrew will be remembered for his endless humor, his compassion, and the way he treated everyone with equal respect. He had a gift for quoting nearly every movie, reenacting scenes with uncanny accuracy, and never turned down a dance-off-especially if the Bee Gees were playing. His joy, warmth, and love for others will remain his lasting legacy. A visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 175 E. Illinois Rd. in Lake Forest, IL. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. Arrangements by Burnett-Dane Funeral Home in Libertyville. For info: 847-362-3009 or share a memory at www.burnettdane.com.
