He was born in Sharon, PA, on February 25, 1935, to Andrew Balko Sr. and Helen (Hutz) Balko.
Andrew worked many jobs over his lifetime, but his greatest passion was attending auctions and sales; He found great joy in finding items he thought his family would love. He attended a sale one day before his death.
Andrew is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, whom he married March 16, 1991.
Andrew also leaves behind a sister, Dorothy, a daughter Laurie and three stepchildren, Diane, Bruce and Brenda; 8 Grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Andrew's wishes, a private service will be held.
