Andrew John Mehrens, age 74, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2025. Born on January 18, 1950, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Andrew was a devoted son to William and Margaret Mehrens (nee Brasile).
An avid outdoorsman, Andrew cherished his time fishing and hunting, especially in the beautiful landscapes of Canada. These cherished moments in nature not only brought him peace but also allowed him to create lasting memories with his loved ones. But most importantly, it was his love for family that filled his heart with joy.
Andrew is survived by his daughter Kristine (John) Warnke; grandchildren Caleb and Brendan; brother Ronald Mehrens; nieces Ann (Terrence) Gairy and Donna (Will) Yap. Along with other family and friends.
Andrew is preceded in death by his wife, Susan; and parents.
Andrew's life was enriched by the unwavering support and love from the Zori Family and countless home health aides, to whom the family extends a special thank you.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Spinal Cord Association in honor of Andrew.
In celebration of Andrew's life, a visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (NEW LOCATION: 2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) with a service to follow.
