MILBURN, Andrew Michael, 19, of Chesterfield, died July 1, 2008. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jacquelyn and Kenneth Walters; his father, Richard Milburn; his grandmother, June Milburn; two brothers, Ben Walters and Sam Booth; one sister, Clair Renee Walters; and seven aunts, 11 uncles and many cousins. His family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday (today) at Bliley's -Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Skinquarter Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
