Andrew Clark Siens, age 55, of Tanglewood, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

Andrew Clark Siens was born July 13, 1968 in Denver, Colorado to parents, Clark and Rose Marie Siens. He was the third born of four children. Andrew showed great interest and aptitude for tinkering and building from a young age. He built, what would be the first of many, his first building at the young age of 12, using only hand tools to build the 10X10 space. When Andrew was a young teenager, his family relocated to Texas in 1982. He attended and graduated from Elgin High School, Class of 1986.

He met the love of his life, Terri Lynn Lindgren, in 1992 and proposed to her soon after on March 17, 1992. They were married February 20, 1993 and from this beautiful union four children were born and all raised in Manor, Tx.

Andrew attended ITTech, completing the Drafting and Design Technology Program to receive his Associate of Applied Science. He then began his own contractor company, United Republic Construction, serving the Austin area for over 20 years. He specialized in residential and commercial designs, remodels and builds, along with building lasting relationships with his customers.

While Andrew was a successful businessman, he truly excelled at being an amazing husband, loving and kind father, and a trustworthy friend. Known to be a hardworking, dedicated, caring and loving individual, Andrew was always willing and ready to help those in need and consistently put others before himself. As a very talkative and knowledgeable person, also known very affectionately as a walking encyclopedia of everything, he never met a stranger nor a project he couldn’t tackle. He especially loved working on projects with his children, whether that be building robots, working on cars or any tinkering and building their hearts desired, he truly loved it. Andrew also enjoyed restoring his 1967 Pontiac Le Mons, listening to rock and roll, and eating peanut butter cookies for breakfast. He was the epitome of hardheaded with a soft heart, and his soft heart will truly be missed.

Andrew was preceded in death by his father, Clark William Siens, Jr., and sister, Rachel Tedford.

He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of over 30 years, Terri Lynn Siens; children, Kaitlyn Siens and fiancée, Gabriel Razo, Autumn Siens and spouse, Andrea Siens, Meghan Siens and fiancée, Angel Jaramillo, and Christopher Siens; mother, Rose Marie Siens; sister, Maurna Siens; brother, Adam Siens and wife, Angie; along with extended family and many friends made throughout his life.

Family and friends will gather at Elgin Funeral Home for Visitation, Tuesday, July 25th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

A memorial service is to be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Saint Paul Lutheran Church, 3501 Red River St., Austin, 78705.
