ANDREW JACKSON “A.J.” WOODS, age 37, passed away November 25, 2023. He loved to spend his time building guns and was a tattoo artist. A. J. loved people and always had a smile on his face. Preceded in death by baby, Liam Cash Woods; parents, George and Mary Jane Woods; sister, Debbie Woods. He is survived by his sister, Audrea (John) Breeden; brothers, Carl Woods, Tony Woods, Billy (Loretta) Beck; sister, Bridgett Woods; nieces and nephews, Austin Breeden, Callie Breeden, Silas Breeden, Mary Jane Woods, Georgia Woods, Jonathan (Tabby) Woods, Steven (Catylin) Walden, T. I. (Sierra) Walden, Brian Townsend, Travis Townsend, Shannon Shipley, Isaac Shipley; several other family and friends who he adored; special friends, Eric Dance and Corey Metcalf, Dustin Jarnigan, Dale Phelps; and a host of other friends that were special to him.  Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Mt. Vale Church of God. Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. T. H. Ferrell officiating. Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday December 1, 2023 at Mountain View Cemetery.
