Graham – Angela Perez-Ortiz, 54, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023 at the Hospice Home surrounded by her family. She was born in Poza Rica, Veracruz, Mexico to the late Angel Perez and the late Eulalia Ortiz. She was the wife of 38 years to Javier Marquez Leon.
Angela was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, watching Netflix movies, listening to Los Angeles Azules music and playing games on her I pad. Angela loved her dogs, the late shiatzu named “BoomBoom” and her recent canine companion, “Benito”. She loved her grandchildren and serving and taking care of her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Javier Marquez Leon of the home; son, Carlos Daniel Marquez Perez of Virginia; daughter, Alejandra Marquez-Perez and husband, Juan Garcia Cruz of the home; grandchildren, Carlos Daniel Marquez, Jr., Aaron Nicholas Marquez, Lucas Alexander Marquez and Mia Isabella Marquez; her father, Angel Perez of Mexico; her brother, Mario Perez-Ortiz and her sisters, Cecilia Perez-Ortiz, Maria De Lourdes Perez-Ortiz all of Mexico. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eulalia Ortiz and a brother, Armando Perez.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 11:00Am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by Fr. Vincent Rubino, OFM. Conv. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Wednesday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory.
