Angelo A. Samarelli

Mr. Angelo A. Samarelli, of Weymouth, passed away in his home on October 22, 2021. He was 90.

Angelo was a proud Korean War Veteran, serving as Sargeant with the United States Army. Until his retirement in 2001, he worked for many years as a cabinet maker/carpenter with the Weymouth Public School Department. In addition to woodworking, Angelo enjoyed salt water fishing and gardening.

Beloved husband for 63 years of the late Gloria P. (Richardi). Samarelli.

Loving father of Cynthia A. Theran, Esq. of Wethersfield., CT.

Brother of Jean Schatzel of Braintree, Maryanne Freedman of WPB, Florida, and the late Frank, Emilio, and Pat Samarelli, and Angelina Stranberg. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visitation on Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital), followed by his Funeral Service at 11:30 AM.

Burial will follow in MA National Cemetery, Bourne.
