Angie Marie Lepp, 50, of Bucyrus, died Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Bucyrus Community Hospital.

She was born January 10, 1975 in Bucyrus to Dennis E. and Penny J. (Rudd) Lepp. Angie grew up attending school at Holy Trinity before graduating from Bucyrus High School in 1994. While in high School, Angie ran track and enjoyed being a member of the Lady Redmen tennis team. She briefly attended Kent State University before completing an associates degree from Marion Technical College.

Angie worked for a short time in the medical field and had also spent several years working at Walmart before health complications of pseudotumor cerebri (PTC), a disease she battled for many years forced her to stop.

Thirteen years ago, her daughter Shiloh was born. A great gift from God, Angie devoted her life to the care and upbring of her precious girl. Whatever Shiloh was active with, Angie saw that she was there to root her on and support her as only a mother could. In addition to Shiloh’s many activities, the two enjoyed many shopping experiences, and created many great memories through vacations spent at Hilton Head and Cedar Point. They also enjoyed many meals from Applebee’s and if there was a Starbuck’s nearby, Angie always got in line for a coffee. Angie enjoyed time spent with her parents, but truth be told, she was always a bit of a “daddy’s girl”. She also shared some great times with close friends, including Jessie Eldridge and Carrie Hensley.

Angie was raised in the catholic church and in the past few years, felt spiritually feed through attending Praise Devotional Church in Leesville, where she was active in Bible study. She shared what she learned with her dad, and they often recited scripture together.

Angie is survived by her parents, Denny and Penny; her little angel, Shiloh Lepp; sister, Amy (Bill) Tinsley; close friends, Jessie Eldridge and Carrie (Berry) Hensley; along with her extended family.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Henry and Viva “Vi” Lepp and her maternal grandparents, John Rudd and Virginia Swanger.

All services for Angie will be held on Saturday, February 22 at Praise Generation Church, 6480 Lower Leesville Rd., Crestline, Ohio. Her family will receive friends from 11 – 12:25 pm followed by her funeral service at 12:30 pm officiated by Pastor Joshua Cole and Deacon Barry Hensley. A light reception/meal will follow, and she will be privately laid to rest in the Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Cemetery in Shelby with Deacon Jerry Gubernath officiating her committal service.

If desired, donations can be made payable to Praise Generation Church and these gifts will be accepted through Wise Funeral Service or at the church on the day of her services. Memories and expressions of sympathy are encouraged to be shared on her guestbook page at www.wisefuneral.com.
