Angie Lynn Weber, 48, of New Carlisle, Indiana, passed away peacefully at 9:48 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at her home surrounded by love.
She was born on April 24, 1977, in La Porte, Indiana, to Jeffrey and Gail (Herod) Schroeder.
On July 22, 1998, in Tucson, Arizona, she married the love of her life, Timothy Weber, who survives.
Angie was the heart of her family a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a proud grandma to her grandchildren. Her greatest joy came from being surrounded by the people she loved most. She had a deeply creative and compassionate spirit, finding beauty in the simple things: painting, tending to her flowers, and feeling the warmth of the sun on her face and the breeze in her hair, often singing along to her favorite songs.
Her laughter filled every room she entered, and she had a gift for turning ordinary moments into cherished memories such as baking cookies with her grandchildren, planting flowers in the yard, or offering comforting words exactly when they were needed. She taught everyone around her to love fiercely, laugh loudly, and treasure every day.
Angie's faith was important to her, and often found comfort in moments of reflection. Though her time on Earth was shorter than anyone expected, her legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in all who knew her.
Angie is survived by her husband, Timothy Weber; her children, Tyler, Morgan (Cesar), and Kyle (Mattison) Weber; and her beloved grandchildren, Kaidan, Kolton, Olivia, Leon, and Adalynn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Gail Schroeder; her father, Jeffrey Schroeder.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. CST, Friday, September 12, 2025 at Lakeview Funeral Home and Crematory, 247 W. Johnson Rd., La Porte, (219) 362-3100, where family and friends are invited to honor her memory and reflect on the beautiful life she lived. Chaplain Matt Liethen officiating. A visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
Though her time on Earth was far too short, Angie's legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in all who were blessed to know her. We will miss her beyond words but remain forever grateful for the moments we shared.
