Ann Elizabeth Biven

Ann Elizabeth (Volle) Biven, 84, passed away on October 09, 2025 at home in Marblehead, OH. Ann was born on July 19, 1941 in Lakewood, OH to parents John and Mary Cecilia (Stupiansky) Volle. She married Elmer Joseph Biven June 17, 1961. Ann was a devoted mother whose strength guided her family through all of life's joys and challenges. She gave her time, energy and heart caring for her son Johnny for nine years. Following Johnny's passing she worked at Lakewood School Systems in the cafeteria, Parma International painting cars, and private child care for years for numerous families She loved crafts, she built custom dollhouses for each of her granddaughters that they will treasure for life. She enjoyed traveling with her family, casino trips with her husband and kids. She was a true Cleveland Guardians fan. She truly enjoyed life.
Ann is survived by her husband: Elmer Joseph Biven; children: Deborah Schultz of Port Clinton, OH, Annette (Garrett) Fredericks of Northfield, OH, Barbara (Richard) Griesbach of Marblehead, OH, Andrew (Nicole) Biven of Brunswick, OH; grandchildren: Abby Marie (Nico), Andrea Cecilia (Kevin), Zachary Tailor (Michelle), Tara Marie (Oliver), Logan Garrett (Hannah), Mallory Anne (Ozzie), Gretta Anne (Nick), Ella Grace, Silas John, Bryce Harper, Evelynn Sarah Ann, great-grandchildren: Audrey Ann, Jasmyn Rosita, Giselle Marie, Leonardo Vincenzo, Autumn Claire, Summer Ann, Harrison Lee, Thomas Logan, and Scarlett Rose. She was preceded in death by her parents; son: John Elmer "Johnny" Biven; brothers: John Volle, James Volle, and Jerome Volle.
Friends and family will be received Monday, October 13, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 East Harbor Rd. Lakeside-Marblehead, OH 43440. A prayer service will be held at 8:00 pm Monday in funeral home with Father Joseph Szybka officiating. Private burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park, OH. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice, 907 W. State St. Suite A Fremont, OH 43420.
