R. Ann Clark, a devoted educator and steadfast partner in ministry, passed on August 15, 2025, at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester Massachusetts, following a significant stroke. She was 83 years old.

Born on July 11, 1942, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, Ann dedicated her life to teaching and service. Her professional journey was rooted in the Leominster (MA) Public Schools, where she spent many years shaping young minds with care and commitment. Her influence extended far beyond the classroom, touching the lives of students and colleagues alike.

Ann's life was deeply intertwined with faith and community. She, her father George Baker, her mother Ruth, and her two sisters-Sue and Kay (all deceased) came to New England in 1957 from Texas, to work with the Manchester (NH) Church of Christ.

Married in March 1963, Ann was a faithful partner to her husband, Decker Clark, in their life-long ministry with the Leominster Church of Christ. Together, they served their congregation with unwavering dedication and compassion. Their shared mission also led them to Gander Brook Christian Camp in Maine, where Ann contributed many years of service. Her presence there left a lasting impression on generations of campers and fellow volunteers.

Ann's legacy continues through her loving family. She is survived by her husband Decker; her sons Peter and his wife Becky, Paul and his wife Leanne, and James and his wife Becky; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Her family was a source of great joy and pride throughout her life. And she was deeply devoted to her New England sports teams.

In lieu of flowers and in honor of Ann's memory and enduring commitment to Christian service, memorial gifts may be made to Gander Brook Christian Camp. Contributions can be directed online at Ganderbrook.org or mailed to Gander Brook Clark Memorial, c/o Leominster Church of Christ, P.O. Box 423, Leominster, MA 01453.

Ann's life was marked by faithfulness, generosity, and a deep love for teaching and ministry. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her and continue to inspire all whose lives she touched. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 30, 2025, staring at 10:30 AM, at the Leominster Church of Christ, 592 West Street. Lunch will be provided at the church location following the service. Fellowship and linger as long as one wishes. Dress is casual, some family members will be sporting New England sports apparel.
