Billie was the cherished daughter of Donna Hoaglund and Jimmie Walter, who instilled in her the values of compassion and empathy that defined her life. She was a loving sister to her brothers, Christopher Walter and Eric Vaughan, and her spirit of caring extended to her own children, Kamryn Reardon-Hoaglund and Ryan Jones, who will forever remember their mother's unconditional love and support. Billie's partner, Krysta Teixeira, stood by her side as a testament to enduring love and partnership.

A proud graduate of Wachusett Regional High School's class of 2000, Billie carried the lessons of her youth throughout her life, approaching each day with a sense of purpose and a desire to contribute positively to her community.
