Ann M. Martin, age 60, of rural St. Cloud, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the UW Hospital in Madison.
She was born October 6, 1964, in Fond du Lac to Dr. Gayle (Leemon) Martin & the late Richard L. Martin.
Ann attended New Holstein Public Schools graduating in 1983. She graduated from Marian College with degrees in teaching and history.
Ann worked for many years at Walden Books in the Forest Mall in Fond du Lac. Recently, she was the administrative assistant at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in New Holstein as well as St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Malone.
Reading was a favorite past time she enjoyed as well as spending precious time with her nieces and nephews. Ann also enjoyed traveling with her mother across the country and spending time at the family cabin. Ann was a well-natured individual and expressed her appreciation when deserving.
Survivors include her mother, Dr. Gayle Martin; her brothers & sister, Marc (Connie) Martin of Madison, Todd Martin (Laurie Martin) of St. Cloud, and Cheryl (Randy) Birschbach of Malone "St. Peter". Ann is further survived by nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; aunts, uncles; other relatives; and friends.
Preceding her in death were her father, Richard L. Martin; her maternal & paternal grandparents; a great niece; and Uncle Mike.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue New Holstein, WI 53061. Rev. Keith Weiland will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date at St. Paul's Cemetery in the Town of Calumet.
Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Ann's family at the Sippel Funeral Home on Sunday, July 27th from 2:00 PM until 3:45 PM.
Ann's family expresses their sincere gratitude to the staff at SSM St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac and the staff at the UW Hospital in Madison. Their care & compassion given to her was phenomenal. Thank You.
