Funeral services for Mrs. Ann Rust Evans Taylor, age 88, will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, July 5, 2025 in the Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Walter Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Cypress Cemetery near Bells, TN. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 AM until service time.
Mrs. Taylor, a retired teacher at Polk Clark Elementary in Milan, member of the Tennessee Retired Teachers Association and member of the Church at Sugar Creek, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at her home.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, John W. Taylor; a daughter, Carrie Elizabeth "Beth" Taylor Bridges (Cory); a son, John W. Taylor II (Dawn); four grandchildren, Taylor Ballentine (Austin), Lori Hibner (Dalton), Benjamin Taylor and Aubrey Taylor; and a great grandson, Brody Lee Ballentine.
