Anna Brubaker Obituary
Born on September 4, 1947 in Myerstown, Lebanon County, she is a daughter of the late Clarence and Esther (Horst) Diem.
On July 20, 1968, she married her late husband, A. Lloyd Brubaker, with whom she was blessed to share over 53 years of marriage before his passing on March 24, 2022.
She is survived by her children, Kelvin Brubaker and wife Becky of Milroy, Cheryl Brubaker and wife Megan of Telford, and Jay Brubaker and his wife Lindsay of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren, Jordan and his wife Jenn, Seth and his wife Brianna, Marnie and her husband Jimmy, Andy, Joey, Hayden, and Cian; four great grandchildren; siblings, Merle Diem of Bamberg, SC, John Diem of Myerstown, Mary Ellen Fox of Myerstown, and Elizabeth Weaver of Liverpool; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Grace Kauffman, and one brother, Ivan C. Diem.
Mrs. Brubaker was a 1965 graduate of Eastern Lebanon High School.
In earlier life along with her husband, she helped on the family dairy farm. She was also employed for many years at E-Z Mart, which later became Dean's Store in Oakland Mills where she retired from.
She was a member of Lost Creek Mennonite Church, Oakland Mills and had been recently attending Bunkertown Brethren Church, McAlisterville.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Bunkertown Brethren Church, 52 Bunkertown Road, McAlisterville with Pastor Wes Stahl and Pastor Steve Osenga officiating. Interment will be private at Lost Creek Mennonite Cemetery, Oakland Mills.
A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Mrs. Brubaker's memory to the Bunkertown Brethren Church, 52 Bunkertown Road, McAlisterville, PA 17049.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 111 Westfall St., McAlisterville.
