Anna “Bunny” Malick (Heckler), beloved wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, at the age of 87.
Born August 28, 1938, in Ambler, Pennsylvania, Anna grew up surrounded by faith, family, and community. She pursued a lifelong career in education, where she touched the lives of countless students through her dedication and compassion.
Anna married Richard Malick of Ardmore, PA, and they shared over 50 years of marriage. Their journey took them west to Colorado, where they raised their two daughters, Lisa & Linda. Anna’s greatest joy was found in her family, her many friendships, and her unwavering faith.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters, Lisa (Tim) and Linda (Jeff), her grandsons; Nick, Caden, Jake and Connor; her great-granddaughter, along with many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Community Table food bank in Arvada, honoring Anna’s generous spirit and lifelong commitment to helping others.
