I worked with Anna back in the day at Unisys when we were both supporting the International Division's marketing team. I was a relative newbie at the time and appreciated her experience and professionalism, as well as her sense of humor and down-to-earth attitude that came in handy when the "prima donna" came out in some of the folks we were supporting. I think she had just turned the age at which she needed to start using readers and I seem to recall she had about 3 different pairs, all with different magnifications, hanging around her neck, and she would constantly be going back and forth between them, trying to find one that worked. I still think about her when I reach for a pair of readers today! She had a ready laugh and I am glad I had the chance to work with her at that time. I hope this brings some comfort to know that your mother has been and will continue to be fondly remembered.
