Anna Theresa Lyczak

Anna Theresa Lyczak, age 67, passed away on July 25, 2023.
She was a very loving mother to Michael and Jennifer. Loving daughter to the late Jozef and Jozefa (Gembala) Dubiel. Beloved wife to the late Richard Lyczak. Dear sister of Stanley Dubiel, Maria (David) Hall, John Dubiel, Christine Dubiel, and the late Jane Dubiel and Marion Dubiel.
She is survived by her children, her loving cats Duncan and Marley, and by many loving nieces and nephews and friends as well as her sister in law Teresa Grafinski.
Anna was the "go to" for everyone whenever they needed something and she was always happy to oblige. She brought such a light to any room she was in and had an infectious positive personality.
The love she had for her family was immeasurable. She truly was an angel in disguise. She became guardian of her sister in law many years ago and has cared for her as if she was her own.
She was the best mother to her children (both human and fur) as well as her "grand kitties". Her family was her life. She loved playing card games with her siblings, camping and bike riding, and having routine dinner dates with Jenny and Teresa. Anna truly was the best person to be around and she is going to be immensely missed.
Visitation services will be Sunday July 30, 2023 at Wasik Funeral Home 49150 Schoenherr Rd Shelby Twp, MI 48315. Funeral Services will be held Monday July 31, 2023 at St Michaels Church
with in state at 10:30am with funeral mass to be held at 11am.
While Anna had a very green thumb and loved plants and flowers, she was a fierce animal lover
(especially cats). In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Paws for Life Rescue.
