Anna Mazzella Obituary
She was a 45 year resident of Nanuet and previously lived in the Bronx.
Anna was married to Frank at Our Lady of Pity Church in the Bronx on August 28, 1949. She spent her life to taking care of her entire family. She was a devoted wife, mother of five, grandmother of sixteen, and great-grandmother of six.
Anna enjoyed cooking, parties, dancing, socializing with friends and relatives, and traveling.
Anna was predeceased by her husband Frank. She is survived by her children, Anne Danzi, Patricia Agostino and her husband Nicky, Carol Ryan, Frank, Anthony and his wife Lucia. She was the grandmother of Dina, Michael, Charlene, Michael, Kara, Bob, James, Abi, Jenna, Patrick, Brittany, Anthony (Topo), Madison, Brody, Daniela, and Vianna. Anna's great-grandchildren are Patrick, Anthony, Ted, Anna, Jeffrey, and baby Nicholas.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, May 15, 2023 from 8:30 am to 11:00 am at Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home in Pearl River, N.Y.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am at St. Anthony Church followed by the burial at St. Anthony Cemetery.
