Anna I. Motter, age 98, of Troy, OH passed away at 6:17am on Friday May 30, 2025, at Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born February 8, 1927, in Piqua, OH to the late Benjamin H. and Ova (Hunt) Redinbo. She married her loving husband Gerald Gene Motter on December 18,1945 in Piqua, OH and he preceded her in death on May 3,2003.
Anna is also survived by her loving children: three Daughters and sons-in law: Linda William (Dick) Philipps, Minster, OH; Rhonda (Jonathon) Sloan, Hilton Head, S.C.; Kimberly (Dennis) Anderson, New Market, MD; one Son: Gerald Gene Motter II (Chip), (Kim), Knoxville, TN. Nine Grandchildren: Robin (Tom) Sippel, Stacy (Chad) Hahn, Amy Philipps, Brittany (Nathan) Fergus, Abbey Sloan, Chelsey Anderson (Jon Loudenslager), Leo Anderson, Hailey Motter, and Shannon Motter, nine Great Grandchildren: Ashley Hale (John Valatick), Taylor (Casey) Idle, Curtis Hale, Jayden (Jarod) Schmitmeyer, Regan (Stratton) Briggs, Jonathan Fergus, Colin Fergus, Ian Fergus, Sebastian Anderson Loudenslager; and six Great-Great Grandchildren: Elijah Gibbs, Daniel Gibbs, Olivia Valatick, Kennedy Hale, Kate Idle and Kiser Idle. Anna was preceded in death by one sister: Della Foster and two brothers, Raymond Redinbo, and George (Jack) Redinbo.
Anna graduated from Piqua Central High and worked for Revco in Piqua, OH for 18 years. Throughout her life, Anna enjoyed crafts, reading, fishing with her husband, going to the casino, and having pizza and one bud light. What she loved most was spending time with her family.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00pm on Friday June 6,2025, at Miami Memorial Park, 7875 N. Crescent Dr., Covington, OH, with Chaplain Ric Johnson officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Melcher Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua.
