On September 5, 2024, Anna Kathryn Terry joined her heavenly family and went to walk with the angels.
She cared deeply for her family and friends. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She always provided support and love for her family. She would proudly boast about her daughters and grandkids and was always their number one fan. Mom was a nurse for over forty years, loved sewing, going to the casino, and traveling with her family and friends.
She is reunited in heaven with her husband John David Terry and preceded in death by her parents Henry and Grace Fischer, and Brothers Henry and Steve Fischer. She is survived by her daughters, Anna Marie Strauss (Ed), Linda Hawthorne (David), grandchildren: Luke Hawthorne (Kristy), Alisha Hawthorne, Hank Strauss (Ashlyn), Samantha Rushing (Joseph), and great grandchildren: Jordan, Roman, Cade, Greyson, Mark, Jett, Miles, and soon-to-be great-great grandson Ezekiel. Anna also leaves behind siblings Robert Fischer (Barbara), Phillip Fischer (Judy), Elizabeth Fischer, sister-in-laws, Norma Fischer, Linda Fischer and numerous extended family members and friends.
We will always remember her as our beloved wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend. Family meant everything to her and she will be deeply missed.
Please join us in celebrating her life on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Crossroads Community Church 2400 N. Butler Ave. Farmington, NM. Interment at Memory Gardens - reception following at the church. Live video streaming will be available on CRCC website.
