Anna's family and friends are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Anna on October 1st, 2025. Anna, born in Homestead, PA was residing in West Chester, PA. She was predeceased by her parents John and Mary Stuper. Anna is survived by her sisters Cathy Capp, Joan Sipple, Dorothy Bair, Tina (Len) Farrell, Barb (Chuck) Pickford & her blonde sister Cheryl (Dave) Terrell. She is also survived by her niece Lois (Joe) Kobrys & a plethora of loving 1st, 2nd, & 3rd generation nieces & nephews throughout the country.
Anna lived a life full of quiet strength and courage in her battle with cancer. In keeping with her compassionate spirit, Anna made the extraordinary decision to donate her body to the Humanities Gift Registry. We were advised that it has been accepted for a vital research study at Temple University in Philadelphia where she was taken on Friday, October 3. Her contribution will support groundbreaking research over the next 2.5 years, helping others in ways that reflect her lifelong desire to give back.
Following the completion of the study, Anna's ashes will be returned and laid to rest at
Oaklands Cemetery in West Chester, PA beside her beloved husband Bob.
In accordance with Anna's wishes, she requested that there be no funeral services. Instead, she asked that donation of a specified amount be made on her behalf to the American Cancer Society. She also asked that donations be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society to continue her legacy of hope and healing. American Cancer Society Donate in Honor of Anna
Anna's memory will live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, and in the lives touched by the research she now supports.
