Anne "Nancy" Adrian Meskill, 97, of Plantsville, and formerly of West Haven, passed away on February 17, 2026. Nancy was born in New Haven on October 5, 1928, the only daughter of the late Michael and Loretta Rourke Coffey. She is survived by her children, Adriane (Christopher) Dunne, Robert (Patricia) Meskill, Jr., Richard (Holly Gresham) Meskill, and Steven (Mimika) Meskill; 13 grandchildren; as well as seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert J. Meskill, Sr.
Raised in the Hill Section of New Haven, Nancy attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Hillhouse High School. She met her husband while she was working at Yale New Haven Hospital. She and Bob lived in West Haven for 66 years and raised their loving family. Nancy was a parishioner of St. Lawrence Church; a member of the New Haven Women's Club; and a frequent volunteer at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Arrangements were entrusted to West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 27th, from five to seven o'clock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Agnes Church, of Milford, on Saturday, February 28th, at 10 o'clock. All are asked to meet directly at church. Interment will immediately follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven.
