She was born on September 21, 1947, in Madera, California.
Annette graduated from San Luis Obispo High School in 1965
and earned her bachelor's degree from Cal Poly San Luis
Obispo in 1969. She worked as a social worker before
choosing to devote herself full-time to her family.
Annette is survived by her husband, Paul Gregory Moerman;
her children, Julie Louise Moerman and Paul Anthony
Moerman; and her granddaughter, Maia Lee Doughty.
Known for her loving dedication to her home and family,
Annette created a warm and caring household. Annette had a
keen eye for fashion and home decorating, took great pride in
her appearance, and brought beauty into every space she
touched. She was a beautiful woman inside and out and her
love for her family was unparalleled. Annette will be deeply
missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her and
especially by her family.
A graveside service will be held on December 19, 2025, at
San Luis Cemetery at 1 p.m. A reception will follow at the
Madonna Inn.
