Annette Chatelain our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt passed away November 5, 2023, at the age of 66 due to a sudden illness. Annette was born to Donald and Gloy Linderman on April 7, 1957, in Ogden, Utah. Annette was a member of the Bonneville Lakettes drill team and graduated from Bonneville High School in 1975.
Annette married the love of her life Corey Chatelain on September 24, 1976, at Edgewood Reception Center in Ogden, Utah. Together they raised two boys ,Cody and Brady in Roy, Utah. They later moved to Henry, Idaho where they have spent the last 20 years enjoying the serenity of rural life.
Annette had a passion for crocheting, spending time with family and friends, and her green thumb was envied by many. Annette had the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile. She was a private and quiet person, but also witty and fun! She was fearless and independent, yet sensitive and incredibly compassionate.
Annette is survived by her husband, Corey Chatelain; son Cody (Lindsey) Chatelain; son, Brady (Amanda) Chatelain; grandchildren, Danica, Kambree, Lakota and Corey; sister, Dalene Fielding; sister, LaRue Linderman; and brother, Quentin (Stacie) Linderman. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Val Linderman; her mother, Gloy D. “Rose” Linderman; her brother, Donald Dale Linderman; her in-laws, Dale and Theo Chatelain; her brother-in-law, Kim Chatelain; and brother-in-law, Clyde Fielding.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment,
Ben Lomond Cemetery, North Ogden.
