Annette V. Pruitt, 81, of Louisville Kentucky passed away on August 11, 2024, surrounded by family. She was born on October 21,1942. Annette worked as a property manager for many years. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with family and friends, sharing her love through cooking and her love of God. Annette brought immense joy and light into our lives and will truly be missed.
Preceded in death by her parents, Grace Aline and Orville McCumber; sons, Todd and Thomas; and brother, Jimmie.
She leaves to cherish her memory children, Phyllis Wood, Jerry Pruitt, Stephanie McCauley (Kent); grandchildren, Amber, Frank (Talia), Brittney (Steve), Shelbie (Tony), Tyler (Kerianne), Kaitlyn (Matt), Peyton (Patrick)and Lilly; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and best friend Kathlen Fuller (Jim); brothers, Ernest (Betty), Orville (Johnny), Dennis and Ted; and a host of family and friends.
Special thanks to Hosparus and Norton Cancer Center for providing excellent care.
Visitation: August 19, 2024, from 12:00-7:00pm at Owen Funeral Home -Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Kentucky, 40299.
Funeral Service: 7:00pm on August 19, 2024, at the funeral home.
