Annie Vivian Malone Fallin, age 93, of Sanford, NC, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her family.
She was born February 21, 1930 to the late Baxter C. Malone and Bessie Poole Malone Carey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Willie Estell Fallin and siblings James, Wilson, Frank, Mary Lee, Lucile and half-sister Judy Ann. Mrs. Fallin was a hard worker all of her life – retiring from both Coty and Walmart where she retired in her 80's. She attended East Side Pentecostal Church and enjoyed and took pride in her yard and flowers. More than anything, she loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children Charlie Fallin (Carolyn) of Deep River, Jack Fallin (Shelia) of Broadway, Tommy Fallin of Sanford, Ann Dickerson of Deep River; grandchildren Gwen Babcock (Larry), Scott Fallin (Angela), Brent Fallin, Angela Baker (Randy); and great-grandchildren Rebecca Babcock, Ryan Babcock, Layne Baker, Abbey Baker, Spencer Fallin, Tyler Fallin and Colby Fallin.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 8, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with the funeral service following in the chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Ernest Hinson officiating. Burial will follow at Lee Memory Gardens.
