Annie Louise Fayard, born May 5, 1934, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 6, 2025 surrounded by her loving Family.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Irvin Fayard, parents, Effie D. and Hezzie B. Polk, Father, Fletcher Creel, Brother, L.W. Creel, Sister, Joann Cochran, Brother in Law, Larry Cochran, Son in Law, Wayne Myers, Granddaughter, Rachel Myers and Grandson, Brandon Fayard.
She is survived by her Son, Michael(Helen) Fayard and Daughter, Phyllis Myers. 5 Grandchildren, Kevin(Malinda)Chris (Nicole) and Phillip Fayard and Faith(CC) Parker. 9 Great Grandchildren and special Nieces and Nephews.
Louise was a Charter Member of McClellan Road Baptist Church where she served as Church Secretary for many years. She was employed by Jackson County School District and St. Martin North Elementary for 25 years. The Family would like to thank the Owners and Staff of Angel Oaks Personalized Assisted Living for their outstanding care our Mom was given.
Visitation for Annie will be held at McClellan Road Baptist Church on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 9:30am - 11:00am with service immediately following at 11:00am. Internment will be held at Bonnie Chapel Cemetery.
