Biography: Tony Trevisani Dilday, age 64, peacefully passed away on August 8, 2024, at home in Little Rock, surrounded by those dearest to him. After being diagnosed with an advanced form of metastatic cancer in February 2024, Tony courageously proceeded to dedicate his time and energy to his devoted wife, Terry (Campbell), and his two children, Taylor and Cece Dilday.
Tony was born to John Trevisani and Flo Baker Trevisani on October 23, 1959, in Peru, Indiana, along with his brothers, Jim and Joe. After Tony's father fell in the line of duty, Flo returned to Little Rock with her three young boys. She met and married Dr. Tom Dilday, who adopted her three sons, forming a boisterous family of five boys.
He graduated from Hall High School and attended the University of Arkansas. He returned to Little Rock and married his high school sweetheart, Terry Campbell. Tony, tall, dapper, and handsome, was always immaculately dressed. At an early age, his intuitive sense of style led to his illustrious career in haberdashery. He worked in several gentlemen's fine clothing stores in town, gaining countless loyal customers. He was then recruited by Ralph Lauren Polo, which took them to both Boston and Princeton, before returning to Arkansas in 1993.
Tony was known for his array of hobbies, and proficiency in all of them. His boundless style and creativity led him to establish his own company as an artisan woodworker, CC Taylor Designs, sacrificing a few digits along the way. As a craftsman by nature, his projects ranged from home interior design to the restoration of a 50's vintage airstream trailer. He had a deep respect for nature and found joy and solace in curating beauty, even from the simplest elements. As an outdoor enthusiast, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and foraging. He took great pride in his vast collection of arrowheads.
His appreciation for all things beautiful started with Terry, his soul mate of 41 years. They spent much of their time at their family property in Hector, Arkansas, also known as "the cabin". Tony used his artistic skills and ingenuity to create a peaceful haven for his family. This is where they were the happiest, spending countless hours together reading, gardening, exploring, and tractoring. This sanctuary is the essence of Tony and where it will live on.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the Arkansas Nature Conservancy or a charity of your choice. A visitation will be held on August 15, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ruebel Funeral Home on 6313 West Markham St., Little Rock, AR 72205. We look forward to sharing memories and celebrating Tony with our loved ones. Arrangements are under the direction of RuebelFuneralHome.com

Tony sat behind me in Mrs Fullerton´s 4th grade class at The Anthony School. He pulled my pony tail, brought a live mice in a paper bag as a gift to me which got him sent to the principal´s office! And he always helped me tie my skates for PE. Over all the years of life, our paths would cross, our individual families grew, and we could always pick right back up with our conversations and friendship. I´m going to miss this. I send all my love to Terry, Taylor, and CeCe. May Tony´s memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
