Anthony L. Elliott, age 17, passed away on October 29, 2023. Anthony Lil’Wayne Elliott was a beloved son to Shamika Howard and Anthony Elliott. Anthony was born on May 1, 2006.
Anthony was a very laid back, optimistic, courageous, smart, intelligent, respectful, well-mannered young man. Anthony had an ear for music. Everybody knew that Y-NBA was his favorite. He enjoyed playing video games, hooping with his friends, nick-picking/ horse, playing around with his sister, of course working her nerves. Most of all his ultimate thing to do was to spend time with his family, whom he loved and protected.
Anthony was a comical person who always made people laugh and smile. His distinctive, unique hair is what made him stand out from everyone else. He did not play about his hair.
Anthony’s presence alone lit up the whole room every time. Anthony had a beautiful, charismatic personality. To know him was to love him. Anthony was a whole vibe!
He attended Lincoln West Global Studies High School, where he leaves behind his principal, teachers, classmates, and peers who cherished him dearly. Anthony was determined and excited about graduating this year, reaching his future goals in life. Unfortunately, that came to a stop when his life was tragically taken by the senseless act of gun violence.
Anthony is absent from the body and present with the Lord. He’s now “Our Guardian Angel”. He will be missed immensely.
Anthony leaves behind his mother, Shamika Howard; father, Anthony Elliott; stepfather, Robert Gadomski; sister, Raziyah Howard; stepbrother, Robert Gadomski Jr.; grandmother, Renee Howard; grandfather, Terry Watkins; aunts and uncles: Anthony Jones, Shontia Howard, Micheal Jones, Shonell Howard, Sherae Howard, Tameisha Black, & Pearl Howard; along with a host of other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
