Anthony James “Tony” Fogleman, 47, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 5, 2024, at Moses Cone Hospital after years of health challenges. A native of Guilford County, he was born August 30, 1976 to the late Michael Fogleman and Marion Martin and was the husband of Cassa Allison Fogleman of the home.
Survivors include his wife, Cassa; mother, Marion; son, Brendon Fogleman; daughter, Lauren Fogleman; stepdaughter, Madison Smith; stepson, Landon Emery; brother, Christopher Fogleman (Kim); sister, Jennifer Hamby (Brian); father and mother-in-law, Lawrence and Vanessa Allison and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael; paternal grandparents, CD and Helen Fogleman and maternal grandparents, Jim Uhl and Betty Uhl.
Tony was a 1995 graduate of Eastern Guilford High School, went on to receive his certification in Farrier Sciences to support and care for horses. He enjoyed his position at Alamance Regional as a maintenance technician and helping his brother in construction. Tony was reunited with his high school sweetheart after many years. He was a proud and loving family man who loved being called “Daddy”. Tony was an avid deer hunter, enjoyed riding UTVs, fishing and going to rodeos.
A service to celebrate Tony’s life will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jimmy Uhl and Rev. JD Weed. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home and other times at Lawrence and Vanessa Allison’s home or brother, Christoper Fogleman’s home.
The family kindly requests that casual attire be worn to the services.
