Tony was born on March 11,1954 in Youngstown,OH , a son of Dominic and Marie J. Marsicola Melchionne. He was a life long area resident and worked at General Fireproofing, US Can in Hubbard, OH, which became Ball Manufacturing and most recently worked for the Struthers City Schools in Maintenance from which he retired .
Tony was a member of the Christ Our Savior/St. Nicholas Church in Struthers . He also enjoyed fishing and riding his bicycle and being a "professional" cornhole player. He also liked to play guitar and listening to music. He was a dedicated Struthers fan and always attended their football games. He was willing to help anyone who needed it. Tony touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
Tony leaves two brothers Alfred (Linda) Melchionne of Boardman,OH and Frank (Barbara) Melchionne of Struthers,OH. Three sisters Marie Jarvis of Youngstown,OH, Rose Bartholomew of Struthers,OH and Vivian Mullenax of Richfield, OH. Also numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Victor Melchionne and one sister Francis Lawson.
As per Tony's wishes there will be no calling hours or services.
