Anthony L. Paluzzi

Anthony L. Paluzzi of Plymouth, died August 15th in his home. He is the beloved husband of Wendy K. Cooke-Paluzzi. Born in Boston on May 29, 1951, son of the late Albert and Eleanor (Cellini) Paluzzi. He was educated in Quincy and a graduate of Quincy High School and Quincy College. Anthony proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam Era receiving the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
Anthony went to work for the City of Quincy where he worked as a Carpenter for many years until his retirement. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he enjoyed time spent with family especially his grandchildren. He would do odd jobs and always willing to lend a helping hand to someone in need. He was an avid New England sports fan and would enjoy going to car shows with his best friend Stevie.
Besides his wife Wendy, he is survived by his sons, Brandon A. Paluzzi and his wife Tara of Dorchester, Gary A. Paluzzi and his wife Lynn of Weymouth, Anthony A. Paluzzi and his wife Bethany of Plymouth and Matthew Paluzzi of Plymouth. He was the brother of Joseph Paluzzi of Braintree, George Paluzzi of Brockton, Al Paluzzi of Hingham, Phyllis Bagan of Quincy, and the late Daniel Paluzzi, Cecilia Blair and Ann Plant. He was the Cherished grandfather of Ronan Paluzzi, Vienna Paluzzi, Virginia Paluzzi and Danette Paluzzi.
Visiting hours in the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home 619 State Rd. Plymouth (Manomet) on Monday August 26th from 5-8 pm. Funeral Service on Tuesday August 27th at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 12:30 pm at the MA. National Cemetery in Bourne. A celebration of Life will follow from 3-7 pm at the American Legion, 199 Federal Furnace Road, Plymouth.
