Antonio Pecina Jr., 38, of Galena Park, Texas, passed away on September 22, 2025, in Galena Park. Born on May 27, 1987, in Houston, Texas, to Antonio and Maricela Pecina, Antonio lived a life defined by hard work, creativity, and deep love for his family and community. A dedicated welder, Antonio began his craft at the age of 18 and spent 12 years honing his skills in the trade. His work was a reflection of his commitment and pride, but his true joy came from the moments outside the shop-especially those spent with his beloved daughter, Milan. Antonio had a passion for leather work, a good cup of coffee, and the thrill of hunting for Hot Wheels collectibles. He found peace among cattle, goats, and all things livestock, and cherished his time at the ranch. His love for country music was matched by his own creative spirit-he wrote songs and poems, sang with heart, and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. He leaves behind his daughter, Milan Pecina; his sisters, Diana Pecina and spouse Roel Rodriguez, Angelica Pecina and spouse Lindsey Clarkson; his brother, Erick Pecina and spouse Maria Elizalde; his parents, Antonio and Maricela Pecina; and his grandfather, Baudelio Flores. Antonio is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Esther Flores; paternal grandmother, Maria Damas Pecina; and paternal grandfather, Ynes Pecina. Antonio will be remembered for his generous soul, his creative spirit, and the love he poured into everything he did. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
