Obituary of Arlene M. Mowery
Arlene M. Mowery, age 83, of King of Prussia, PA passed away on after a long illness.
She was born in Norristown, PA on May 18, 1942, the daughter of the late William R. and Verna F. (Searfoss) Mason.
Arlene was a lifelong resident of King of Prussia. She was a longtime member of Hope Community Church. She was a National Horse Show Winner with the 4-H. She was an animal lover and especially loved dogs.
She was the wife of the late Robert Lee Mowery Highly Decorated Marine of the Vietnam War.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth W. (Dorothy) Sperring Jr of Limerick; her daughter, April (Brent) Jones of Limerick; her daughter, Billie Jo Ridge; and brother, William C. "Chuck" Mason of Eagleville; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Wendie D. Mowery.
A private family viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426. A graveside service will follow at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, 352 S Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
