Arlene (Dot) Nelda Timmerberg Obituary
Dot Timmerberg, 95, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Fellowship Home at the Fairway in Sebring.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia with visitation at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Marcus Cemetery near Rhineland, Missouri.
Dot was born in Hermann, Missouri, on August 21, 1927, to Arlena (Bundrick) and Fred Warner. She married Wilfred Eugene Timmerberg on November 27, 1946. Her parents and husband as well as her grandson, Jeffrey Alan Timmerberg, preceded her in death.
Dot is survived by her son, Gene Timmerberg, and wife, Betsy, of Sebring, Florida, as well as her great-granddaughter, Callie Nowlin and husband, Brady, of Mexico, Missouri, a granddaughter-in-law, Cathy Timmerberg and family of Fulton, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Dot spent many years working in Medical Records at the Hermann Area Hospital in Hermann, Missouri. She loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family. Dot enjoyed playing cards and spent hours reading and watching John Wayne movies. She was a talented quilter who gave quilts to family and friends. She loved making baby quilts and donated dozens of various sized quilts to churches, Missouri Girls Town and a Florida Women's Shelter. She was a member of the Centralia United Methodist Church and was an active member of the quilting group.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Centralia United Methodist Church or St. Marcus Cemetery in Rhineland and may be sent in care of Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home, 104 S. Collier Street, Centralia, Missouri 65240
