Arletta Adair Obituary
Arletta A. Adair, 86, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025.
She was born September 14, 1939, in Petroskey, Michigan the daughter of the late Roy Readmond and Helga (Josephson) Readmond.
On August 31, 1963, Arletta married the love of her life, James F. Adair and he survives. Early in her marriage Arletta was a member of the Elbert County Young Homemakers Club. She loved to travel and see the world. Arletta loved sewing and was known for making custom wedding dresses. She also enjoyed crocheting, knitting and embroidery. Her greatest joy came from cooking with her grandchildren. She was careful to pass on the art of cooking and sewing with her grandchildren.
Arletta is survived by her husband, Jim, her children Kerri Turner, Jill Adair and Dusty Adair and wife Myndi. 4 grandchildren, Roscoe Turner and wife Alex, Alicia Powell and husband Jarrett, Riley Turner and wife Madison, and Rhett Turner and wife Zoe; 5 grandchildren, Owen, Arabella, Royston, Trace, and Raiden.
Arletta was preceded in death by her parents, and 3 brothers, Darrell, Dean and Bill Readmond.
