Arline (Battista) Iacobucci, of North Providence, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, October 23, 2025. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Domenica “Minnie” (Masello) Battista.
Arline worked at Rhode Island College for many years before retiring.
A loving and devoted mother and sister, Arline is survived by her children, Lynn Briggs and her husband Gordon Briggs, Jr., and Ronald Iacobucci, Jr. and his companion Christopher Thompson; She was the beloved sister of Jeanette Battista. She was predeceased by her brother, John Battista.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Avenue, Providence. In accordance with Arline’s wishes, visitation is respectfully omitted and her burial will be private. Please omit flowers.
