Arthur Michael De Luca

Arthur M. De Luca, age 92, of Rockaway, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at his home with family by his side.
Arthur was born and raised in Paterson, NJ to the late Angelo and Helen De Luca. He served his country in the Army during the Korean War and, upon an honorable discharge, established a career as a Civil Engineer. Later, he began his own Professional Engineering firm. Over the years, Arthur served as a consulting Civil Engineer to Wayne Township, Rockaway Borough, Caldwell Borough, Florham Park, Passaic County, and donated his expertise to several other towns and to St. Clement Pope & Martyr Roman Catholic Church.
Arthur and his wife have been residents of Rockaway, NJ for over 55 years and devout parishioners of St. Clement's.
He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with the love of his life, his wife of 67 years, Concetta. Together, with their devoted family, they loved sharing time around the table, with good food, interesting conversation, and lots of laughs. Arthur was an avid reader, expert card player, and loved to travel the world. He was an Honest, Compassionate, Caring, and Giving GENTLEMAN.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, three loving children and their spouses, and three grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held on February 28, 2026 at 11:30am at St. Clement Pope & Martyr Roman Catholic Church, 154 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Rockaway, NJ 07866.
