He was a member of the Delaware Veterans Post #1, Ocean City Elks Lodge and the Delaware County Field and Stream.
He is survived by his wife, Karen S. Sieber; a daughter, Samantha Lyn Sieber of Birmingham, England; a son, William Massie Sieber of Alexandria, VA; a sister, Marilu Sieber of Lancaster, PA; a niece, Kristina Page (Tony) of Lancaster, PA; two cousins, Susan Lauer (Scott) of Oreland, PA and Wendy Nichols (John) of Savannah, GA.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 13, 2024 at St. Matthew's By The Sea U.M. Church in Fenwick Island.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Tunnel to Towers (t2t.org/donate or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org/donate).
