Aryana Isabelle Acuna Malave

Aryana Isabelle Acuña Malavé, age 4, departed this world on Sunday, February 4, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of courage and resilience that will forever be admired by not only her family, but those who knew her.
Cherished daughter of Tatyana and Daniel; beloved sister of Santiago "Tiago"; precious granddaughter of Gloria and Santiago, Yaminah, David, and Ken; and great-granddaughter of Alicia and Santiago (deceased), Maria, Flora and Angel, Migdalia, and David; dearest niece of Ericka, Eduardo, Amy, José, Angela, Lily, and many others; and dear goddaughter of Joanna and Orly.
Those who knew Aryana, know that she was sassy from an early age. If you were one of the lucky ones, you'd hear her infectious laughter, however, she was also known for her high-pitched screams aimed at those she wasn't too fond of. When she wasn't being feisty, she had a soft spot for Mickey Mouse, the color purple, swings, long strolls, beaches, swimming, her Toniebox, soft clothing and blankets, family, and believe it or not....yoga.
Unfortunately, Aryana's life was also full of challenges due to a rare genetic disorder called GM1 Gangliosidosis. Even through the difficult times, her strength and determination never wavered. She fought tirelessly against this cruel illness with grace and bravery beyond her years.
Today we mourn the loss of our beloved Aryana but take solace in knowing that she is finally at peace. In heaven's embrace, she can run freely without pain or limitation alongside other children who have left us too soon. Though our hearts ache with grief at having to say goodbye so soon, we find comfort in envisioning Aryana dancing among the stars where pain cannot touch her gentle soul.
In honoring Aryana's memory, let us remember not only the sorrow of losing such a precious soul, but also celebrate the profound impact she made during her time here. May we carry forward the lessons learned from witnessing Aryana's strong-willed spirit - embracing each day as a gift while cherishing special moments with loved ones.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024 beginning at 3:00pm at Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH 44129, to be followed by a celebration of Aryana's life at 5:00pm.
