It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ashlee Nell Combe on November 27, 2024, at the age of 41. Ashlee was born on February 18, 1983 in Covington, LA.
Ashlee’s first word as a baby was diamond and that is a perfect description for her. She was a true gem inside and out and a cherished loving soul known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and caring personality. Always a call away and there for her family and friends. Lighting up every room she entered with her beauty and illuminating smile.
Ashlee lived a life filled with tremendous passion and service towards others. She enjoyed going to the beach, gulf coast preferably, and spending time with family and loved ones.
Ashlee loved her family and would make a point to tell them that she loved and appreciated them as often as possible, sometimes with a hug but most frequently with a text and a nickname. Ashlee is survived by her grandmother, Jeannine LaBorde; parents, Scott and Lisa (Koepp) Combe who raised her with unconditional love and support; her older and only brother, Landon McGee; younger sisters, Casie (Stephen) Combe-Savoy, and Paige Combe whose memories, adventures, inside jokes and nicknames will hold special places in their hearts. Her nieces Madison, Mackenzie, and Amadi, and nephew, Kingston; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
Ashlee was proceeded in death by her grandparents, Charlotte (Platt) and Alfred Combe, and Milton Koepp.
Her departure comes as a great shock and a deep wound, and it is gravely felt by her entire family and countless others who loved her deeply in her wide-network of community. The family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time.
Memories and condolences can be left on the obituary at the funeral home website.
