Aubrey F. Clark, 88, of Weatherford passed away on March 7, 2020.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on March 13, 2020, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be held on March 18, 2020, beginning at 12:30 p.m., at the DFW National Cemetery.
Aubrey was born on June 15, 1931, in Van Zandt County, to the late Jesse F. and Lela Roberts Clark. In 1948 he graduated from Cleburne High School. After, he proudly joined the Army in 1949 serving during the Korean War. Aubrey enjoyed woodworking and golfing. He had a soft spot for animals, but above all he loved his family.
Aubrey is preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Debra D. Childers and Lisa Diane Headrick; and sisters, Mavoureen Epperson and Irene Linney.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Judith Simpson Clark; son, Keith Batchelor; daughter, Danielle Batchelor Clark; grandchildren, Alexis Cyarra Clark, Arlin (Skip) Dragoo, Misty Batchelor Scheib, Amber Headrick Palacios, Justin Headrick, Courtney Headrick Pointer, Eamonn Welch, and Jayden Welch; niece, Nelda McDavid (John); eighteen great-grandchildren; and many great nieces and nephews.
